I could ask my travel department, but they wouldn't know. They don't even know which fares are supposed to be discounted and how much the discount is supposed to be. They thought it was a fixed percentage until I pointed out that some of the fares that are marked as discounted are exactly the same as fares available to the general public on delta.dumb.
