I'm wondering what sorts of "corporate contracts" count for this. I get a small discount for some tickets and the fares are frequently market as negotiated (with a green suitcase having a dollar sign icon plus wording about it being a negotiated fare) when I search on delta.dumb, but AFAIK the fare code doesn't have a designator.
However, on the last such ticket when I tried to SDC, the agent for each direction had to call a supervisor to do it. In both cases, they told me that it took so long because they saw an "inhibitor" but there was nothing like that in the fare rules and I was SDCing onto a legal routing for my fare rules. It seemed strange, but I got the flights I wanted without any argument. For that trip, I had a G A P fare.
