CNP transaction declines bug fixed
Great news - we're really pleased to let you know our partner has now fixed the bug that was causing declines on CNP (Card Not Present) transactions - when you use Curve online or over the phone.

You are now able to use Curve for online and over-the-phone payments.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience caused over the last few days with this issue - thank you again for your patience and understanding as we worked with our partner on fixing it.
Good. As I was disputing the next batch of declined but still charged transactions today with Amex, the agent seemed to have a lot of knowledge re the curve card, asked me how I was finding it, were there any other problems etc. So maybe Amex have had an internal briefing re declined but still charged transactions.
