Also, as your own experience demonstrates, the restaurant staff may or may not charge you. Did you end up paying for the breakfast?
I had similar varying experience at Conrad (Singapore) where the Oscar sometimes charges my children and sometimes they do not.
Nope. I've got mine set as continental breakfast and they did charge for the breakfast on the last day.
