Thanks for the replies! My daughter is actually living and working in Hong Kong, and was coming for a meeting in the Manchester Office. We live about 30 miles away so she stays
most of the time in a Hotel in Manchester for convenience Her meeting was the afternoon of her arrival
so she had no alternative but to go out and purchase a suitable outfit, as obviously she
felt she could not arrive for her meeting in the same clothes she had travelled in for over 15 hours! The delayed luggage did not arrive early afternoon like emirates said
t would but it did arrive after 6 p.m. in the evening.

Her works travel department booked the flight so it would be easier if she claimed through emirates herself. I dont seem to see anything on line how to go about with this claim?
