Nope, the HIA FCL and BCL are nothing to do with QR, despite the staff dress-code.
I thought they were indeed QR lounges for status passengers in Y.
Especially as they were originally to be called the Gold and Silver lounges prior to QR joining oneworld (and subsequently renamed to ensure QR is technically compliant with oneworld lounge access rules).
The Oryx lounge may well be third party - but I'm not totally sure.
