Dear Hyatt Concierge -
Please, please, please - is there something you can do to convince the powers that be, that your website needs SERIOUS attention.
I tried to make a number of reservations and got the following error message:
Too much time has passed since your last selection and your session has timed out. To continue booking a room, please restart the reservation process by selecting the MAKE A RESERVATION link. If you entered from a special offer, please click the HYATT SPECIAL OFFERS link.
At another time, whenever I try to make a booking, the page goes to FIND UPCOMING RESERVATIONS asking me to re log-in or enter confirmation number.
Not to mention now booking award nights has become irritatingly difficult.
