No, again something is not working on Accor website (I already dropped an email to customer service and I am waiting for answer).
Yesterday I had to call reservation centre to book a room using points.
Update: received answer from customer care. Quite interesting I need to admit. Roughly translating: some hotels do not offer option to reserve room using points, no matter whether online or on the phone. In order to check it please call our reservation team or hotel directly.
Accor everyday surprises me more. Negatively.
What is interesting - I wasn't able to book online room in Mercure Poznan using points, but there was no problem to do it when called reservation centre.
