Odd, down; even, up. But row 12 was down.
I don't think there's much consistency, as some have reported their aircraft had all up or all down.

It seems a crew on the ground makes the decision which privacy dividers are locked up, down or alternately. Looks purely arbitrary and there's no way to predict which screens / dividers will be in either position. It's luck of the draw and inconsistent to boot.
