I've stayed in all those properties and my favorite, by far, is the Marriott Waterfront because there is so much going on in that area. Your next best option is probably the Renaissance, but I advise trying to get a room reasonably close to the elevator (as you can have a hike if you're in a room on the other side of the hotel and have a lot of luggage). The Camden Yards Marriott isn't horrible, but it's seen better days. I last stayed there in the summer of 2015, and my room looked worn out and depressing (terrible view, too). Not sure if the rooms have been renovated since then. On the up side, the concierge lounge was good.
