Thanks, so there's no catch, it's exactly the same offering at a lower price from a different source - i.e. I'd rather have the £300 so if I can get lower fares from an agent I should go with them.
I assume if you book via an agent that the booking gets transferred to our Skywards accounts in time and we can manage our booking in the usual way on the EK website?
