I have never been able to book a rewards stay at the Waterfront. I heard from a friend in the biz that it does a huge meeting business.

We like the Renaissance, both the hotel and location, its an easy walk to the convention center and directly across the street from Harborplace (lots of chain dining options). I remember always having lounge access on both paid and rewards stays.

I am not a fan of the Hyatt. Last time we stayed there the room was shabby and the food was awful.
