Arrived O'Hare approx 8 pm after international flight. Phoned hotel and they said the shuttle would be "20 minutes". I remarked that the last time they told me "20 minutes", it ended up taking more than an hour, and based on the long flight I was not in a position to wait an hour tonight. Hotel said to take a taxi and they'd reimburse. I took a taxi (who tried to take us for a long roundabout ride, but that's another story) and the hotel reimbursed in cash.
Overall it was a great stay. Friendly and efficient service, decent breakfast, good location. (We walked to Giordano's for dinner). This hotel is actually the friendliest one we've been to so far this year, and the _only_ hotel so far this year where the points and the charges were posted correctly the first time. I much prefer Hyatt Rosemont over the much-larger O'Hare property.
