It is also important to point out the functions the checkin agent is doing for you. Essentially the only way for WS checkin agent to add the KTN is to perform a check in from page one. Therefore the agent drops any previous checkin and then reenters all required information. Therefore expect the agent will require all your information. This will require both your Nexus and passport and you have to answer all the checkin questions again. It is a greater process than simply adding your KTN and getting a BP reprint.
