Why does everyone keep using link 15 (or even olders ones)?
We had plenty of reports of bonus failure (for WE loophole "testers") with link 15 already, while we have no reports of any such people trying links 21 - 24 yet.

end of the list in the wiki.
I recently tested the link #24 on a family member's app. He was instantly approved, but the welcome letter/package contained no mention of the bonus.
The card has not arrived yet.
His previous AA-Plat/WE was closed in Sept.'15
