I don't know exactly on what the new UA site is based, but when it was rolled out it was clearly a hybrid of PMCO and whatever else was added. But even fairly recently I would be taken to the old PMCO pages.
The new site was built from the ground up, but it was supposed to have launched in 2013. By 2015 it still was a work-in-progress and they just went live with the new booking engine to show they had accomplished something.
That's what's been a disaster since day 1. They beta tested it, we found thousands of bugs, and they still went live with it anyway. The old PMCO parts are ugly but work fine.
