On that last trip, I've also noticed the new-born interest in getting bags on belt quickly. Arrived into luggage hall with screens saying the normal "25 minutes" delivery time, but bags start to appear in 10.
It happened to me too, got to the luggage area and saw that it will take 15 minutes and 5 minutes later the first bag arrived, but then it's easy to just add 10 minutes to the ETA
