This has been hinted at and brushed on, but I just want to make sure this is accurate...

I have to change the date on a Euro award (same O&D) and am within 21 days. Does a cancelled ticket behave the same way it did if i were just making a normal date change? Once it's cancelled, can I expect the same pre-devaluation rate of 45,000 miles once I reinstate it?
