Another odd example is 41J, it indicates as available in your seatmap but in the QR one says it's not, this one is a little odd as all the other seats around it seem to be a perfect match but this one is the odd one out. That's why I was confused thinking maybe it's just a outdated seat map, but clearly that is not the case.
Again we need a live example so we can look at the data being delivered to us. We can't comment on something we can't replicate. Please email us a current example.
There could be other reasons why the airline website didn't allow you to reserve a specific seat, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the seat was occupied.
