I've seen no improvement at ARN for my flights there in the past three years, but at ARN I've had somewhat better priority tag baggage delivery luck with some carriers than others. At CPH, there's been more improvement in this area across the carriers than at ARN.

But at ARN, AY and BA had often been somewhat quicker at getting me my bags than CPH.
