Whats HET? Also I agree, firing a host who is not good is the way to go. I've done it before as well.

The problem has always been finding the right host. Not all hosts are created equal, and believe me in my long career of comps and theo, Ive come to the realization that not all hosts are created equal.

Some hosts will go above and beyond for you. Some hosts are complacent and lazy. Some hosts are flat out liars and act like cheap car salesman. Like everything in life, there are good and bad. It's all about finding that right host who will go the extra mile to get you want you want either by making a call, or help pull off what you need someway, somehow. I've had some very interesting experiences over the years. At this point I can usually tell when a host is good, or when he's low comping me. Whatever the case may be.
