I qualified with a Challenge on June 2015. Asked for the package 5 (FIVE) times already, never got it. First 3 times requested for it to be delivered to my home address. Third time to a Park Hyatt hotel to get it while I was staying there. Fourth time to my home address again (this was 8 weeks ago).
They always apologise and say they are going to send it again, to wait up to 6 weeks, but it never arrives

Don't have any use for the card, but wanted the United Passes as well..........
