Anyone else yet to receive his/her Diamond package?
Just as the title says, I requalified in late October for Diamond, and it's now April, and I have no Diamond card/package for 2016-2017.
I suppose I don't really care all that much, as I'm Diamond in the system (where it counts), it's not like I need the physical card, and I don't care about the United club passes as I never fly them.
Would just be nice to be acknowledged, I guess.

I qualified with a Challenge on June 2015. Asked for the package 5 (FIVE) times already, never got it. First 3 times requested for it to be delivered to my home address. Third time to a Park Hyatt hotel to get it while I was staying there. Fourth time to my home address again (this was 8 weeks ago).
They always apologise and say they are going to send it again, to wait up to 6 weeks, but it never arrives
Don't have any use for the card, but wanted the United Passes as well..........

I was wondering the same thing over the weekend because I could use those UC passes for upcoming travel so I DM'd @HyattConcierge and they asked for my address and said they'd send one and it would arrive in 6-8 weeks.

When I called a week ago, the rep who answered told me they didn't mail out cards this year and would only do so upon request.
She confirmed the phone numbers to the diamond line stayed the same.
Unlike an airline's FF elite card where cards are needed for access to alliance lounges, hotel cards are essentially useless. She also told me the UA passes are mailed separately.
