Just as the title says, I requalified in late October for Diamond, and it's now April, and I have no Diamond card/package for 2016-2017.

I suppose I don't really care all that much, as I'm Diamond in the system (where it counts), it's not like I need the physical card, and I don't care about the United club passes as I never fly them.

Would just be nice to be acknowledged, I guess.
