KYC - OTP Problem
Hi Guys,
For the last 2.5 months, I am stuck with a non-functional Flying Returns account....
As per the new KYC process, I updated my ID documentation and OTPs.
For some reason, the OTPs were not accepted. Because I received mail stating that that my ID documents have been validated but the not OTPs. The mail asked me to re-enter the OTPs and then inform them.
However, when I go to the website now - I do not get the option of OTP verification anymore !! - I guess the system thinks that I already did it and doesn't show the option, but the manual agents say that it wasn't verified.
I pointed this out but I have just been going around in circles for the last two months!!
Anyone else experiencing similar issues? What do I do???
