Does anyone know if either Jeju air or Eastar Jet has transfer desks in the transit area? I have an incoming flight on JL and hoping to go onto ICN that day. To my understanding, both terminal 2.

These are the only reasonably priced carriers for this particular day however, each only gives me 1.5-2 hour layovers (not enough to clear customs/security IMO.)
