It's rather shocking that a market like IND doesn't have at least one flight to JFK.
It's not shocking if DL has determined that xxx-JFK routes are more profitable than IND-JFK. DL is using a lot of JFK flights as feeders for TATL traffic. Is there enough IND TATL traffic to AT THE RIGHT PRICE POINT to justify the flight and is it to enough TATL destinations not served from ATL, MSP or DTW? I ask because I honestly don't know.
