Amen! It's like when my former admin would send over a WN itinerary that was marginally cheaper than the better UA one and when I'd send back the UA one she'd respond, what's the difference?

One of my friends works for an investment management/private equity firm. Their travel policy is anything over 3 hours is business class. That means Houston-NYC is business class. Crazy! But awesome if you're the employee.
