For each of those flights, a version of a 738 or 739 came up showing only 8 F seats (2 rows of 2-2).
Long and short of it: UA doesn't actually assign a specific narrowbody fleet type until a month or two before departure, so they put "dummy" seat maps that allow for equipment to be flexible, down to the A319 (which only has 8 F seats) without resulting in an oversell situation in F if they sell out too many F seats in advance of settling on the equipment for the trip.
The seat map (and the actual type flying the flight) will probably change one or more times before the actual flight.
