I would suggest avoiding older links like 15 with source not clear (or source having been a pubilc Citi or AA page in the past) and landing page gone. If you're going use a public link, I suggest the newest "known special marketing source" links st 16-18. Those AWAYn/TRAVELn/MILESn/FLYn links change ever few months, so in case Citi is withholding the promo if you use the same link twice, those might be safer. And/or in case Citi is changing the terms on links which no longer have a landing page, using a link where the app still matches the landing page sounds safer to me too.
