I'll bet you will be sent it, electronically or by snail mail. I doubt that ChoicePrivileges will rely on front desk staff across the system. Choice traditionally has conveyed points on a "sweep" basis - once every week or so. You may be experiencing such a delay. Or, if they will send these via snail mail, you may be waiting for an internal sweep followed by snail mail.
As you're the first to indicate here that you're exercising the system, would you please come back to tell how long it took? Thanks.
