The Halekulani in Honolulu does. All guest rooms have a bowl of fruit as a welcome amenity and it comes with a service for two of a small plate, silverware (knife, fork and spoon), and linen napkins.

Slippers are on my wishlist. I've only found them at The Halekulani and at The Garden City Hotel in New York.
