Some actually offer F regularly, like TPE and MNL. Most of the 474/475 flights to TPE I've flown are 77H with F, MNL i think has 907/906 and 901/900 also has F regularly.

I've flown F on SIN a few times, and I normally see a 77H every now and then but I don't think its on a regular basis.
