We have been through that in numerous threads I even wrote you all a wiki at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...er-advice.html tl;dr: the kirkland is a knockoff, if you want a knockoff you can get one much cheaper from China or just buy the original which has fixed its UK problems with an added switch and got a very nice cap as well (this upgrade happened semi-recently, some time in the last 3-5 years, can't pinpoint when).
