OP. When the EK website says fully flat on most 777s it is paying heed to the fact that there were some of these deeply reclining seats until recently (last seem on the B777-200s I think). Your B777-300ER that does CHC-SYD-BKK-DXB will have angled lie flats. The evening timing means it's not really a sleeping flight, so you're unlikely to notice the difference IMO.
The angle of the lie flats is nowhere near as bad as the TG ones though, so don't worry if that seems a concern!
