Just wanted to add that while customs and immigration lines were long in December (there were several late flights and we all got in at the same time . . . it was a few days before Christmas, too), it was actually the next security area where we were transferring to our next flight that took so long. I will spare all of the details, but I am still convinced an employee was steering international passengers into the incorrect line. It was unreal, to say the least, and there was mass chaos (employees were even fighting as to where the international passengers should be going . . . I couldn't believe what I witnessed). It took more than 2 and a half hours from getting off the plane until we were sitting in the lounge to await our next flight! That experience has caused me to be very concerned about only having 1:40 the next time around!
