So I've done a ton of reading and research on this site and others and thought I was following all the "rules" but am stumped.

I have had a CSP for 2+ years. Applied over 90 days ago for Ink+ and approved right away (have a legit biz). Also applied for a Citi around same time (so have only applied for 2 cards total in past 24 months).

Today I applied for the United MileagePlus personal card and got the scary pending message with the 7-10 days response. Also applied for Freedom and got the same message. Have read enough to dissuade me from calling in until I get the ultimate decision.

Has anyone else heard of this happening? Do you think my credit limit may the what could be holding this up? Right now I'm at 25K for CSP but that's my only personal. If that's the case do I just move credit over from that when/if they deny?
