Anyone get an updated offer recently? My card is up for renewal next month, and I didn't get anything yet...
My partner's card was due to expire on December 31st, he got the 15000 mile for $500x3 month spend offer in the middle of November, so I'm probably not targeted. We both signed up for the 50k bonus, and haven't really used the cards otherwise.
On a side note, I called Barclays to threaten canceling my parntner's card in December (knowing we were going to do the $500x3), and they waived the annual fee.
Ironically, both DH and I received the $500x3 offer AND the letter informing the AF is due on the same day
DH received 15k bonus offer while I only received 5k bonus
We applied on the same day, spent the bare minimum to get the initial bonus. Our only difference is that I used the card a couple of times on small purchases before the AF posted. This may be why I only received 5k offer and he received 15k (due to lack of use).
ETA: Just got off the phone with account specialist at Barclay. She found another offer attached to my account which offered 5k bonus for spending $1000 in 90 days. The good news is that I can use $500 spending in March and April to satisfy the $1000 spending offer! She also added to my account 2 extra points per dollar spent for Uber (so 3 points/ dollar).
