no 18 months language...just "if you are an existing Citi/AAdvantage cardmember, you are not eligible for this offer on your existing account". I just assume this means good to go if you don't have an existing World account.
Used this same mailer (different invite #) for wife's number #4 in January and she got the 60k bonus.
