Thank you for the warm welcome to FT. I have been just a casual observer for awhile now and I enjoy the insight.
To answer: I was flying NW via Minneapolis when this happened. The gentleman led me into a small private conference room and only offered me water and a snack. We talked for about 15 minutes (I was connecting through that day to Seattle). I am glad someone gave me the wake-up call. I could not refute anything the gentleman said. I was embarrassed horribly and apologized. I only hope no one I know witnessed my past actions as I am sure my employer would not be proud of my transgressions.
