So now not just the doctors, but the airlines have dossiers on us. Scary.

Agreed. Lecturing the client? NW with all of its concerns post 9/11 took the time to do all of this work for just one person? Or are they expending resources for all of their "special" clients? Documentation of every time you raised your voice? I too am having a difficult time believing everything written 100%. What is your NW elite level?

My gut feeling is that this sort of thing does happen, but the person posting is from the other side of the podium.

the only part of this I believe is that the majors compile dossiers.

I like Chubby's suggestion. I think I'll stake out Virginia Ave. for Leo Mullins. Wait - too late.
