I haven't been on the receiving end of that conversation, but I've been on the other end a number of times.

In my previous career in the printing (really a service) industry, I had to counsel a number of clients that their pattern of behavoir would ultimately end our relationship. I taught them how to break down communication barriers that made my employees upset, and angered the customer.

Those that didn't get it eventually went somewhere else, either by force or choice.

Those that got it became evangalist for our service and often became some of our favorite customers.

Take it as a hint. If you don't like what's happening between a company and yourself, don't attack the fingers of the beast (the little people that you get to come in contact with) attack the systems, the head, and the selfimage of it. That gets more results and enables both of you to continue your relationship without embarasment of loss of ego.

What was that writer's name that was recently banned and lost his milage account (allegedly) because of his continued public ranting about a specific airline and more importantly harassed it's front line work force?
