Have you ever been lectured to by an airline's corporate security staff?

The other day I was traveling through a major hub and when I started walking off the plane a representative of the airline met me in the bridge and escorted be to a nearby lounge where I was met by a gentleman who identified himself as a member of the airline's corporate security team. He offered me a beverage and said he wanted to have a chat with me. He showed me a file which I guess was a written record of past experiences with the staff of the airline (purser's, ticket agents, etc...). He had documentation of every time I had raised my voice or yelled or cursed at an agent. I admit I am quick to lose my temper but I never realized how rude I could be. They had very specific instances where I cursed at a young lady because they would not offer me an upgrade. Another instance where I belittled a baggage serviceman because my luggage did not arrive promptly and many other such instances. The gentleman very curtly told me the airline appreciated my business but did not appreciate my temper.

At first I was taken back and felt intruded upon and isulted but I quickly realized how much of a real jerk I had been over the past 5-10 years. I share this with you because I am humbled by this experience and I am actually more impressed with the airline that they would take their time to greet me and sit down and talk about my attitude in a professional manner. I have more regard for this airline now more than ever.
I am curious if anyone here has had a similar experience and what their reaction was?
