Well I haven't been to any of the affected countries. Basically for some reason my concern is that since they don't know everyone that has been to these countries that they
could make people reapply with new questions. Am I just being crazy? lol

This site says that
"Beginning January 21, 2016, travelers who currently have valid Electronic System for Travel Authorizations (ESTAs) and who have previously indicated holding dual nationality with one of the four countries listed above on their ESTA applications will have their current ESTAs revoked." That's not me and I've not recieved any notification that my ESTA is invalid. Looks like the main focus to start with is with the dual nationalities.
"Current ESTA holders are encouraged to check their ESTA status prior to travel on CBP’s website "
I checked over the weekend and it's approved and in good standing.
