Every ATM in Indonesia that I've ever used has a 30 bill limit that they will dispense. Some banks have smaller withdrawal limits, too.

So, generally you can withdraw 1.5 million if it dispenses 50k notes, or if 100k notes, 3 million. This is usually noted on the ATM.

Citibank, HSBC and other western affiliated banks usually allow 3 million. Most Indonesian banks don't charge ATM fees, but ANZ does.
