I'm a previous Platinum Amex Card holder but thought I would see if I would get the 60K bonus now being offered after the 1K spend. My plan was that if I didn't get the 60K i would cancel and get the AF refunded. After having the card for two weeks now I have reached the 1K spend and immediately saw a 10K bonus in my account. Any advice on what to do based on recent experience with the Platinum Amex? I know that sometimes not all bonuses amounts are posted in the full amount and that some come later and sometimes you have to ask for them. I'm hoping that the 10K is simply the extra amount above the usual 50K bonus for this card and that the 50K will appear shortly.
