Recommend a US-based TA?
I have half of an unsed B fare SIN-SEA on NW that I need to combine with another to complete a MR coming up next month. My TA here in Spain is unable to do this, as it requires that the new ticket be issued in the same country as the original (which was the US). The original agent is out of business.

Can anyone recommend someone who can help with this? I have a res with PNR already, just need someone to ticket it for me (and bill my non-US credit card or make other payment arrangements).
