I really wish KLM would clamp down on hand luggage. I take one small bag, other selfish arses seem to take suitcases larger than I take on holiday. Then either fill the luggage space for a dozen people in a few bags, or fight trying to get it to fit holding up the flight.

Tonight, still 15 minutes beyond our take of time due to massive cases not fitting, and hostesses getting quite annoy with people.
