Thanks everyone ... was just curious after noticing the menu similarity. I guess having the same food between the two cabins does presumably help waste less food rather than, as some airlines do, having to cater a lot of extra food for First to try to make sure First passengers are able to get their first choice. (And/or, it helps avoiding having to tell First passengers they can't get their first choice.)
