HH competes with Homewood Suites, not HGI.
Agree that this is a long-overdue improvement to the brand. The silly "bar" area with the tiny sink and fridge makes it painfully obvious that they excluded the microwave to push the gallery food. Unfortunately, for anyone with any dietary restrictions, the gallery food is pretty useless.

This isn't about preparing food, necessarily -- just reheating it. I often have dinner leftovers I'd like to eat the next day, or grab something simple like a pre-made entree from Wegmans or Trader Joe's if there's one nearby. Avoiding eating three meals a day in restaurants makes it a lot easier to eat healthier on the road.
